Doru lineare (predator) (Eschscholz, 1822) - (linear earwig)
This earwig is found in tropical and subtropical parts of the Americas. It is regarded as a useful predator of eggs and early instar larvae of pest Lepidoptera like Spodoptera or Diatraea. The adults are around 10 mm long and shiny black to brown.
