Creontiades pacificus (Stål, 1859) - (brown mirid)
This bug is a cotton pest in northern Australia. It has been also recorded from eastern Asia and Micronesia. It has banded antennae, in contrast to the green mirid, another cotton pest in Asutralia. Adults are around 8 mm long.
