Crassula helmsii (weed) (Kirk) Cockayne - (swamp stonecrop)
This species is an aquatic or semi-aquatic plant, native to Australia and New Zealand. It has been introduced into other countries and has become established in a number of them. For example, it is invasive in several European countries. Sale of the plant may be not allowed since it can quickly overgrow native vegetation.
The plant grows either fully submerged or partly submerged at the edge of ponds, in marshes and swamps. The stems may grow to a length of around 30 cm. It has small fleshy leaves and tiny pinkish flowers.
