Betacarmovirus brassicae

• turnip crinkle virus (TCV)
This virus infects turnip and other Brassicaceae. It has become a commonly used virus for investigating the molecular biology of Carmoviruses and plant-virus interactions. TCV can be propagated in popular experimental plants like Arabidopsis thaliana or Nicotiana benthamiana.
