Aphis ruborum (Börner, 1932)

This aphid is found in the Americas, Europe, western Asia and northern Africa. It infests mainly Rubus and Fragaria species, but usually not cultivated strawberries. It does not change host plants during its life cycle.

The nymphs are light to dark green, adults are blueish green with lighter legs. The wingless forms are around 1 mm long and winged forms 1-2 mm.
