Alternaria brassicae-pekinensis Woudenb. & Crous 2013
This fungus has been originally described as Ulocladium brassicae, causing leaf-spots on Brassica pekinensis in southern China (Wang et al., 2008). It was later found to belong to the genus Alternaria and since another fungus had been already named Alternaria brassicae, the new name Alternaria brassicae-pekinensis has been proposed (Woudenberg et al., 2019).
