Clonostachys rosea (Link 1816) Schroers, Samuels, Seifert & W. Gams 1999

The fungus is an antagonist effective against Botrytis cinerea and other fungi. It is used both in greenhouse and field crops like tomatoes or strawberries. The species has been also occasionally reported as a plant pathogen (see plant pathogenic Clonostachys rosea).
