Entomological Review 82 (2), 216-222
Abstract: A key to species of the genus Gryon Haliday, 1833 and a review of the genus Exon Masner, 1980, with the description of a new species, Exon tiliarum, are given. The morphological characters distinguishing E. tiliarum from the two other species of the genus Exon are as follows: length of the fore-wing fringe is about 0.7 times the maximum width of the fore wing; length of hind-wing fringe is 1.8–1.9 times width of the hind wing; the frontal depression is deeper than that in these species.
