Turkish Journal of Entomology 26 (2), 105-114
Abstract: The aim of this study was to determine the recently distribution and damage of the wheat gall nematode Anguina tritici (Steinbuch) (Tylenchida: Tylenchidae) in some provinces of the western part of Anatolia. Maximum and minimum infection rates of wheat gall nematode were found in Aksaray and Bursa (55.2, 1.6 %), respectively. Aksaray were followed by Nigde (32.6 %) and Kirsehir (24.6 %). The ratios were less than 20 % in other provinces. The damage of wheat gall nematode was calculated as 0.013 % in average for all of the samples.
