Template:TaxLinks

The template should be used as the first line in a pest or disease page. It produces a bar across the page with links to the higher taxonomic groups of the pest. It should be, for example, called as:

{{TaxLinks|LnkHelicoverpa}}

It will then call the Template:LnkHelicoverpa which would have the content

[[Helicoverpa (genus){{!}}''Helicoverpa'']] • {{LnkNoctuidae}}

and would, in turn call the template "LnkNoctuidae" with the content

[[Noctuidae]] • {{LnkLepidoptera}}

which would call the template "LnkLepidoptera" with a content like

[[Lepidoptera]] • [[Insect pests (plants/storage){{!}}Insects (plant pests)]]
