Template:PubLine

This is a sub-template of Template:Publication. It formats the following 5 parameters and assigns them to properties:

1. Publication journal - to be assigned to 'Property:Prism:publicationName'
2. prism:volume - to be assigned to 'Property:Prism:volume'
3. prism:startingPage - to be assigned to 'Property:Prism:startingPage'
4. Last page - (no property assignment)
5. Publication note - to be assigned to 'Property:Publication note'

The output is a text with the first line having the following possible formats:
journal volume-issue, firstpage-lastpage (full journal details)
journal volume-issue p. firstpage (no last page)
journal volume-issue (no pages, volume may be article number)
The first line could be missing if no parameterss are provided or could be shown as above without the journal if the journal-parameter is missing.
A second line is added if there is a value for the 'Publication note'.

Note:
Several queries include sorting according to 'volume (issue)' and 'starting page'. If one of these 2 parameters are missing then the publication is not included in the query result. Therefore this template assigns the value '(no record)' to 'Property:Prism:volume' and '0' to 'Property:Prism:startingPage' if these parameters have not been entered, but the journal field is provided.
