Template for creating a pagename composed of the name of the series or journal, the publication date (or year), the last number of the paper or article, and the title of the article.

If the title is longer than 30 characters, the title is abbreviated.

The parameters are:

1. Journal
2. Publication date
3. Paper number
4. Title
