Extracts the volume and issue from a pagename. That is, the part of the pagename after the first closing bracket, ")". The page name must have a format like "Environmental Entomology (1972) 1 (1)" with a space between "(1972)" and "1 (1)". The template should be called as:
{{GetVolume|{{PAGENAME}}}}
