Template:CheckQuarantine

The template checks the internal object assignments of the literature database to see if a country location is or was quarantined for a given pest/disease/weed. It takes 2 parameters:
- Pest name
- Country name
If a quarantine record is found, it returns the text "is/was quarantined". If not, nothing is returned.
Note: the template produces an error message if a no existing country name is used.
