Circulifer tenellus (Baker) - (beet leafhopper)

This leafhopper is native to Europe and has spread to North America where it attacks beet, potato and other crops. It is also considered a vector of citrus stuborn disease (Spiroplasma citri), Beet curly top virus and other plant diseases.
