Pseudomonas fluorescens (Trevisan) Migula - (bioagent for weeds)

Some strains of this bacterium have been reported to be able to control invasive grasses like Bromus tectorum. However, several studies have called these findings into question and have concluded that these weed-suppressive activities are not effective or reliable. See for example Reinhart et al. (2020), or Lazarus et al., (2020).
