Polydrusus formosus Germar, 1824 - (green immigrant leaf weevil)

This weevil is common in Europe and north-eastern parts of North America. In North America, it is regarded as introduced. Host plants are a variety of forest trees. The larvae live in the soil, feeding on roots, while the adults feed on the foliage.
