Abstract: During 2019, an asymptotic rose plant (cv. Roses Are Red) was tested for viruses, when it was introduced into the University of California, Davis rose collection. The presence of Rose leaf rosette-associated virus was demonstrated in the examined plants using PCR analysis and nucleotide sequencing.
