First report of infection of kiwifruit by Pestalotiopsis sp. in Turkey

Abstract: Kiwifruit (Actinidia deliciosa) plants grown in Turkey were observed with symptoms of irregular brown leaf spots. A fungus of the genus Pestalotiopsis was isolated from the diseased plants. Pathogenicity of the isolates was demonstrated by inoculation and re-isolation.
