Penicillium mycoviruses (antagonist)
Several mycoviruses have been found infecting Penicillium species. These include, for example, the 'Penicillium stoloniferum virus S' (genus Gammapartitivirus, family Partitiviridae) and the 'Penicillium chrysogenum virus' (Alphachrysovirus penicillii, family Chrysoviridae). Both are double-stranded RNA viruses.
