Paenibacillus polymyxa (Prazmowski 1880) Ash et al. 1994 (antagonist)
This bacterium is antagonistic against various plant diseases, but can be also a plant pathogen, see Paenibacillus polymyxa. It colonizes the rhizosphere of some plants and produces antibiotics, promoting plant health and stimulating disease resistance.
