Myzocallis castanicola Baker, 1917
This aphid is widely distributed and infests chestnut, oak and other trees. It has been reported to be a plant virus vector. The adults have a body length of around 2 mm and are yellowish with dark longitudinal stripes on head and thorax and dark marks on the abdomen. The apical parts of the antennae and legs are also dark.
