Myzocallis boerneri Stroyan, 1957 - (Turkey-oak aphid)
This aphid is widely distributed and infests mainly Turkey oak (Quercus cerris). In autumn, females lay eggs that overwinter and hatch in spring. Subsequent generations are parthenogenetic and females give birth to live young. The adults have a body length of 1½ to 2 mm and are yellowish.
