Abstract: Cylindrocarpon tonkinense Bugn. was isolated from diseased chickpeas (Cicer arietinum. L.) in Turkey. Its pathogenicity to this plant is examined in infection tests and proven for the first time. The morphology of this fungus is described as well as the induced symptoms on its host.
