Abstract: Aerial applications of an undiluted formulation of polymer encapsulated methyl parathion (pencap-M) at 4 or 8 oz active ingredient (Al)/acre gave as good control of rangeland grasshoppers (primarily Melanoplus sanguinipes) as a standard ULV application of 8 fluid oz/acre of 95 % technical malathion.
