Abstract: Subanguina balochia n. sp., parasitizing grass of Poaceae family in Balochistan, Pakistan, is described and illustrated. This new species is closely related to S. brenani, S. mobilis and S. minuta. The main distinguishing features of the new species are: female body 726-805 µm long, style 7.5-8.5 µm in length, a=19.6-21.9, b=5.3-6.9, c=11.4-19.7, c'=2.1-3.8, vulva%=73-80 and postvulval uterine sac 40-52 µm or 37-50% of vulva-anus distance long. Male has L=660-800 µm, stylet=7-8.5 µm, spicules 20-24 µm and gubernaculum 9.5-12 µm long and bursa enveloping more than half of the tail. Galls incited by S. balochia on grass stems are 2.0-2.5 mm in diameter and contain up to 5 males and 5 females and a large number of eggs and juveniles.
