Hyadaphis tataricae (Aizenberg, 1935) -

This aphid has been originally described from Russia. It has been subsequently reported from Europe and since the 1970s also from North America. It lives only on honeysuckle (Lonicera) plants, where it infests the young shoots. For example, Lonicera tatarica is a preferred host plant.

Eggs are the overwintering stage and there are first several asexual generations in the spring and summer. Wingless forms are pale yellowish-green and 1-2 mm long. Winged forms have a dark head and thorax. Sexual forms are produced in autumn.
