Hedya Hübner, 1825
This genus contains around 30 species of small moths with a typically wingspan of 15-20 mm. The main characteristics of the genus is the wing venation. The apical part of the forewings is often light. Several species are agricultural pests in Europe and North America like the marbled orchard tortrix, Hedya nubiferana. They cause damage to fruit and other trees.
