New greenhouse pests, Polyphagotarsonemus latus and Frankliniella occidentalis, in Turkey

Abstract: Two new greenhouse pests are reported from Turkey in 1993. The broad mite, Polyphagotarsonemus latus, was found on citrus seedlings, cucumber and pepper. The western flower thrips, Frankliniella occidentalis was found infesting ornamentals and bell pepper.
