Eulachnus Del Guercio, 1909

This genus of conifer aphids contains around 25 species that are found on pine trees (Pinus). Several species are regarded as pests, especially introduced populations. For example, infestations have been reported for Eulachnus rileyi, a species which is widely distributed in Europe, Western Asia, southern Africa and the Americas. The members are often greenish or gray, elongated and have long legs. The siphunculi are small and the antennae have 6 segments.
