Dysaphis devecta (Walker, 1849) - (rosy leaf-curling aphid)
This aphid is found in Europe and neighbouring regions as well as in North America. It is a pest of apple and has no secondary host plant. On apple it induces red leaf galls. There are several other species, closely related to D. devecta. For a review, see Stekolshchikov & Lobanov (2002).
