From Pestinfo-Wiki
Castilla (genus)
This is a small genus of trees, native to Central America and northern South America. The latex of Castilla elastica has been used for the production of rubber (Panama rubber). It is still used to some extent in some countries. However, the main source of industrial rubber is the rubber tree, Hevea brasiliensis.
