Attagenus pellio (Linnaeus) - (fur beetle)
The beetle attacks wool products and furs. The adult beetle is 4-5 mm long, dark brown to black with a lighter spot in the middle of each elytrum plus 3 spots on the hind margin of the pronotum. These spots consist of lighter hair and may be faint.
Apart from fur, it may also infest leather, wool-textiles, carpets, dried meat or dried fish.
