Apanteles galleriae (parasitoid) Wilkinson, 1932
This wasp species is widely distributed and has been apparently introduced into other countries inadvertently through the transport of honey bees and its main hosts the wax moth (Galleria mellonella) and the lesser wax moth (Achroia grisella). A. galleriae is a solitary endoparasitoid of early-instar wax moth larvae.
