Anomis flava (Fabricius, 1775) - (cotton semilooper)
This moth is widely distributed in tropical and subtropical parts of the Americas, Africa, Asia and Australia. While it has a numberr of host plants, it is mainly regarded as a pest of cotton, but usually does not cause outbreaks. The caterpillars are green with lighter lines and spots.
