Morphometric polymorphism in Melanoplus sanguinipes in western Canada
Annals of the Entomological Society of America 61 (2), 540-541
Abstract: Breeding stocks of robust Melanoplus sanguinipes were collected from two sites in British Columbia and compared morphometrically with one from Saskatchewan for several generations. The differences in linear measurements between the stocks were maintained through four generations. It is therefore suggested that they represent different ecotypes.
