Abstract: Despite its epidemiological importance as a probable vector of Theileria annulata responsible for the Mediterranean Bovine Theileriosis, the species Hyalomma lusitanicum remains poorly known, specially the larval and nymphal morphology, stages which remain badly described or undescribed. In order to facilitate the ecological studies needed to understand Theileriosis epidemiology, we present the morphological description of these two stages and add some informations about hosts.
