PCR-Nachweis des Erregers der Anthraknose (Colletotrichum lupini) der Lupinen
[PCR-detection of the causal agent of anthracnosis (Colletotrichum lupini) of lupines]
Nachrichtenblatt des Deutschen Pflanzenschutzdienstes 55 (2), 25-28
Abstract: Primer were synthesised from an already sequenced ITS 1 region of a Colletotrichum gloesporioides isolate for the PCR mediated detection of the causal agent of the anthracnosis of lupines, Colletotrichum lupini. One out of two synthesised primer pairs was suitable for the detection of the lupine pathogene Colletotrichum lupini. Typical conidia were collected and Colletotrichum lupini causing anthracnosis of lupines could be fast and exact detected by applying the developed primers and the PCR, distinguishing the conidia of Colletotrichum lupini from other similar shaped and coloured conidia of other fungi occurring on lupine sprouts.
