Ephedrus persicae (parasitoid) Froggatt, 1904

This wasp is a polyphagous endoparasitoid of aphids, found in Europe, the Americas and Asia. Among the pest aphids attacked are species from the genera Aphis, Brachycaudus, Dysaphis, and Myzus. E. persicae has been used in some classical biological control programs (Zikic et al., 2009).
