Hexacladia smithii (parasitoid) Ashmead, 1891

This wasp is found in South and Central America and is a parasitoid, mainly of adult stink bugs (Pentatomidae). Other Hemiptera may also be parasitized. The parasitoid develops inside the abdomen of the stink bugs and the host dies soon after the emergence of the parasitoids.
