predators - fish (e.g. for mosquito control)

Fish can be very effective biological control agents for mosquitoes and various species have been used against these insect pests, for example in large water tanks. Some have been deliberately introduced into new environments and into other countries. However, there is often concern about non-target effects and they can become undesirable competitors for native species.
