Obolodiplosis robiniae (Haldeman, 1847) - (locust gall midge)

The gall midge is native to North America and infests Robinia pseudoacada. It has been introduced into Asia (first record in China in 2004) and Europa (in some places deliberately as a biocontrol agent). Galls are formed by the larvae rolling a leaf.
