Thekopsora minima (Arthur) Syd. & P. Syd. 1915

This fungus causes leaf rust diseases on blueberry and hemlock as alternate host. The leaf spots have necrotic reddish to brown centers, often with reddish purple margins. Urediniospores are minutely echinulate, yellowish orange, nearly spherical and around 22 x 20 µm large.
