Plant Disease 98 (2), 287-287
Abstract: During 2011, potato plants (Solanum tuberosum) grown in Indonesia were observed with symptoms of stunted growth with leaves showing mild chlorotic spots and reduced size of lamina. Nearly 20% of the plants were affected. The presence of Potato virus Y was demonstrated in the symptomatic plants using PCR analysis and nucleotide sequencing.
