Abstract: During 2013, okra plants grown in the United Arab Emirates were observed with symptoms of leaf curling and vein thickening. The presence of Cotton leaf curl Gezira virus was demonstrated in the symptomatic plants using PCR analysis and nucleotide sequencing.
