Abstract: During 2005, zucchini plants grown in Poland were observed with symptoms of mosaic and yellowing of leaves. Nucleic acids were extracted from symptomatic plants and the presence of Zucchini yellow mosaic virus was demonstrated using PCR and ELISA analysis.
