First report of Beet soilborne virus in Poland

Abstract: Sugar beet plants grown in Poland to bait soilborne viruses were observed with symptoms of vein clearing, vein banding, and mosaic. The presence of Beet soilborne virus was demonstrated in the symptomatic plants using specific antisera, electron microscopy and PCR analysis.
