Abstract: During 2002, cucumber plants (Cucumis sativus) grown in Poland were observed with symptoms of mosaic and interveinal chlorosis. The presence of Zucchini yellow mosaic virus was demonstrated in the symptomatic plants using electron microscopy and PCR analysis.
