Plant Disease 85 (10), 1123-1123
Abstract: During 2000, cucumber plants grown in Spain were observed with symptoms of abundant chlorotic leaf spots with necrotic centers. The presence of Cucumber leaf spot virus was demonstrated in the symptomatic plants using using PCR analysis and nucleotide sequencing. Symptoms were reproduced by sap inoculation of cucumber plants.
