First record of Barley yellow striate mosaic virus and Cereal yellow dwarf virus-RPV infecting wheat in Uzbekistan

Abstract: During 2001, wheat plants grown in Uzbekistan were surveyed for virus diseases. The presence of Barley yellow striate mosaic virus, Barley yellow dwarf virus and Cereal yellow dwarf virus was demonstrated in plants showing disease symptoms. The identifcation was based on the use of a variety of different specific antisera.
